Matt H finds an ad in the newspaper for a weekly quilting circle at the Marshall Center in Vancouver, which Therese soon joins. The rest, as they say, is history. For nearly two decades, Therese and her sister Marguerite enjoy each Monday in the company of creative, like-minded women who possess mad quilting skillz, and together they create phenomenal quilts, which Therese bequeaths to her grateful offspring. All of her children will treasure these quilts for many generations, not to mention the relief they bring during harsh Los Angeles winters.
